Our Process

Thank you for taking interest in the Bareville Design Process! We’re excited to have the opportunity to meet you and help bring your vision to reality! You are welcome to stop by our showroom any time during business hours to look at our displays and get ideas for your project. Our designers work by appointment but someone is usually on site to answer simple questions and help you set an appointment. Or you can call our showroom to speak to one of our designers and schedule an appointment with them.

First Step

BKD is able to offer full construction and installation services. An initial complementary consultation in your home is vital for the designer to access your project, discuss your lifestyle and get a sense of how you use your space. At this consultation, the designer will take measurements and ask lots of questions. This is a great time for you to share your ideas or even pictures of products and styles that you love. From this consultation, your designer will put together a preliminary design plan based on the information that is gathered. This design will then be presented to you during the Second Step of the process.

Second Step

Your designer will invite you to a meeting in our showroom. Here, you will be presented with a preliminary design consisting of 3D renderings, product options and a budget for your consideration. If you would like to pursue a more detailed design and start making product selections, you may be asked to provide a design retainer.

Third Step

Your designer, along with our team of experts, will help you turn your dreams into a reality. From cabinetry to countertops, fixtures to finishes and permits to painting, we are with you through every step of the decision making process. At the completion of this step, you will have a final design and details needed to start your project.

Final Steps

Your project will be assigned to one of our in-house project managers who will take care of coordinating the installation. Our highly skilled craftsmen will work with your designer throughout the installation process.
